RESERVE YOUR DATE
Below is a link to my calendar so you can schedule your shoot! You will sign the contract and pay the retainer invoice to reserve your date. You will also receive a session guide and questionnaire so I can get to know your family!
PLAN YOUR OUTFITS
Leading up to your photoshoot, I am always available to assist with styling. All clients have access to my client closet and can send me any items you would like to wear for your family photoshoot. I have free styling sessions available so you can come try on options beforehand and feel comfortable in what you choose.
TAKE PICTURES
I always send an email before your photoshoot with everything you need to know. If weather conditions are poor, I continue to monitor throughout the day of your session and make the final call about an hour before your session. Kentucky weather is extremely unpredictable with rain and temperatures in the colder months and I have captured some of the most beautiful skies after storms. Rescheduling is always the last-case scenario.
GET EXCITED WHILE I EDIT
The time it takes to complete and deliver your galleries is typically 3-4 weeks, with variations based on the season. Once your proofing gallery is prepared, you'll receive an email containing the link to view it. From there, you can choose the number of images included in your package. If you'd like to opt for more images, you have the option to upgrade your package for an additional fee.
DOWNLOAD AND PRINT YOUR PHOTOS
Lastly, you will receive a link to view and download the high-resolution images you've selected. You will also have the option to print images straight from the gallery through a professional high-quality print lab.
